Senshin and Doko purchased a new home. Their home has been “the home” of Tendai Buddhism in Colorado since the sangha was founded in 2010. Their old place was pretty small so they had been planning on finishing a shed in their backyard in order to convert it into a dedicated practice space for the sangha.
Recently they decided it would be best to purchase a bigger home with a room where they have space for the sangha to come for the services and meditations they conduct bi-weekly. Their new home has a beautiful sun-room which is a perfect fit for practice with plenty of room for everyone, for now. There are many windows which provides excellent ventilation.
This time of year we sit with all the windows open in the early evening and the soft sound of the crickets completely surrounds the space as if we were all sitting together outside in the foothills.
The sangha meets every other Monday evening 7:30 pm to approximately 9:00 pm and they welcome you to come by. For location please email firstname.lastname@example.org
– We look forward to sharing the lovely new practice room with you during our next sangha meeting.
